Class Times
Each age group gets two dedicated training days per week to learn discipline, fitness, and fun through Muay Thai!
- Ages 5-6: Mondays & Thursdays, 4-5 PM
- Ages 7-9: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 4-5 PM
- Ages 10-12: Wednesdays & Fridays, 4-5 PM
